Former Pride FC MMA heavyweight fighter Fedor "The Last Emperor" Emelianenko and expert grappler welterweight / middleweight Shinya Aoki of Dream / Pride FC face each other in this non MMA title open friendly grappling match.

Each NHB fighter is dominant in their own weight class and to see both these fighters spar is a rarity and a dream matchup. Due to their weight differences they are not likely to ever have an actual MMA fight but it's as close as we can get to see them actually fight.

At Pride 22 - Beasts from the East 2 (9/29/2002) Quinton Jackson (now in the UFC) fought Igor Vovchanchyn. Igor is no slouch as he fights for the knockout and has heavy hands. Quinton Rampage Jackson built up his reputation for slamming people in Pride Fighting Championships.
